Shipping policy

All orders are usually processed within 3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

The Floofs are picked up by UPS once a week, so it can take a few days before your tracking is visible. I hope for your understanding. If you have any concerns though, please contact me at info@floofcouture.com.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Floof Couture is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

What you pay for shipping?

I charge:

Domestic shipping €10,00

EU shipping €25

EU non-EU €35

Everywhere else €55 

I pay the remainder of the Floof for peoples and other big orders, myself (Shipping is around €80)

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
