Ghanaian batik waxcotton - faux fur snuggle sack | cuddle cave | travel bed | anti-anxiety dog bed | anxiety relief | nest bed

This high-end faux fur and gorgeous African waxcotton bed - sleeping bag combo for animals is pretty for the eyes and extremely versatile and comfy for your pet. The bed is stuffed with thick filling and extra filling in the bottom. This bed is great for all animals, but especially the ones that need a bit of extra safety, like my Romanian rescue Tofu who is the happy model in the photos. She is about collie size, so size L.

I based this design on the 'little brown bag', so you can use it as sleeping bag for animals that are a bit more shy or scared and roll over to make it a basket bed
It is also a perfect travelbed; it doesn't take up too much space and still makes a 100% suitable pet bed.
Everything I make is handsewn with very strong thread, in this case Brazilian waxcord.
This item is vegan and extremely soft. Your pet will snuggle right in there and fall asleep straight away.

SIZES:

Size S = bottom 65 cm | top 75 cm | deep 50 cm
Size M = bottom 90 cm | top 95 cm | deep 60 cm
Size L = bottom 120 cm | top 130 cm | deep 70 cm

Due to the handmade nature of this item, sizes are approximate and can fluctuate by mm either way once made.
NOTE: Measurements are bed stretched out, flat.

I care deeply for our world. Some fabrics I use are not very admirable for someone with my ideologies, but necessary for the design. I therefore search for residual products; leftovers that are up for adoption. This way I make good use of what would be thrown away, but also makes the colours of faux fur vary per bed. It’s a risk to take, but I only search for beauties :) It will however always be shades of brown/beige/grey.
Sizes may vary a little bit, as I make everything by hand.

Washmachine proof, but best 20C or otherwise 30C and inside out. I would advice to not wash it too often, as the African waxcotton is quite delicate.
